Q. “When can I expect to see my ad?”
Your ad is scheduled to be installed during the week indicated in the “STARKART Star of the Neighborhood Campaign” confirmation email you received from STARKART after your initial signup.
Q. “What is a cycle?”
A cycle is a 28 day period (4 weeks). There are 13 cycles in a calendar year.
Q. “Will my ad be on the small carts or two tier carts?”
The ads are placed on the large, single basket shopping carts. We however do not service the 2 tiered shopping carts at this time.
Q. “How can I find my ads?”
We recommend when looking for the ads that the store is best visited in the early morning or evening, when the shopping carts are all lined up together in rows. This is the best way to see all ads. Ads may be either inside or outside on the front portion of the basket.
Q. “Who can I contact if I have issues with my advertising?”

Q. “Can I choose where my ad is placed on the carts?”
While every effort is made to accommodate placement requests, final positioning is determined by the field team at the time that the ads are installed.
Q. “Can my ads be exclusive?”
STARKART offers many options that include Exclusivity, Rotation as well as other programs. Please speak to your STARKART campaign representative.
Q. “Why am I being charged a Continuation payment already when only half of my contract is up?”
Payments for STARKART Continuation are processed 60-90 days prior to the end of the original campaign and the start of your first Continuation cycle. This guarantees your space will be available and avoids any increases in pricing. The timing of Continuation is the same as when you originally ordered your campaign.
Q. “How often can I change my artwork?”
Artwork can be changed for every cycle as long as the changes are completed by the artwork deadline. Artwork changes that do not meet the deadline will be installed in the following cycle.
Q. “How soon will my new ad design be installed?”
Your new ad design will be installed in the next scheduled cycle that meets the artwork deadline.
